A Miracle of Salvation

For many years, I worked in manufacturing.  Every Thanksgiving, I would gather the whole plant together (about 150 people) and share with them the stories about the trials and tribulations of the pilgrims and how God helped them survive. After one of these occasions and to my surprise, John, my boss and General Manager, said to me privately that he had never heard those stories before and was so glad I had shared them. Years later, John retired and eventually passed away.

Recently I had a dream where I saw John in Heaven. When he motioned to me, I ran to him with overwhelming joy!  In the dream he said, “Do you remember you sharing the stories of the pilgrims?  The seeds you planted that day affected my whole life!” We rejoiced together and the dream ended.

I was reminded of what the Apostle Paul said in I Cor 3:6, “I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the increase.”  God can use every testimony, both your own and others, to touch someone’s heart and produce a miracle of salvation.

Yours in Christ,
